Meet the founder
Founder and Creative Director, Vivian Suárez, works at the intersection of strategy and design for mission-driven organizations.
With a background in the advertising world, she gradually shifted her practice toward more intentional work — focusing on communication that cares for people and communities, not just attention.
Over the past 12 years, she has collaborated with teams across education, mental health, adoption and foster care, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and other purpose-driven initiatives, shaping brands from the ground up and helping them translate complex ideas and connect with their donors, stakeholders, and community.
Palma operates as a small core team, supported by a trusted network of collaborators. We come together as one studio — aligned in values, intentional in process, and committed to meaningful work.
